When an i Phone application has a grey icon and says it's waiting, normally the app will quickly change to loading and then installing as it continues the process of downloading and installing to your device.
Sometimes the app hangs at waiting and never progresses.
Updating to the Latest i OS 10Apple often release new i OS update to fix bugs and glitches.
So always check for new update on your i Phone 7 devices.
Most apps download within a few minutes over Wi-Fi but if you are downloading or updating several apps this could take much longer depending on the size of apps and the speed of your internet connection.
Open i Tunes and go to i Tunes Store under Store along the left menu bar. You will be able to install it from the Apps list after that. How about a jailbroken i Phone that has an app stuck from a 3rd party store it installs the app but this installation stuck instance of the app still shows its waiting to install, So basically there are 2 app icons one is installed and the other is waiting to install. You can fix this by uninstalling apps that you don’t use. As you can see some apps are much bigger in term of size. The bigger they are, the longer it will take depending on your Wi-Fi Speed.Make sure you are signed in with the same account that made the purchase. When you locate the app in the i Tunes Store, you should see “install” or “Downloaded” instead of a price.
(Don't use the App Store app on your device that shows stuck installing.) Search for, and download the app to i Tunes. Thanks I have a problem updating apps and downloading apps on my i Phone 6s and everytime I tried to update and download them it pops up the billing information which I don't want to put my information on there for something i wanna download an app.
